My little girl is growing up way too fast! I wish she would just slow down. Since I know that I can’t get her to stop growing I guess I have to embrace that she is turning into a beautiful little girl. She isn’t my little baby anymore. She is ready for a toddler bed and toddler bedding. I know that she is getting ready to have me turn her crib into her toddler bed, but I think I’ll keep her wrangled in for a little while longer.
Once again I was surprised at the selection of toddler bedding for girls at Beyond Bedding ! They really do have a huge selection and it was super hard to choose what I wanted to get. I am really loving the vintage trend that is going on with now. With pink and brown or light blue and brown. When I was going through all the different patterns I was immediately caught by this adorable elephant print. Not only did if have the vintage colors but also a vintage elephant. The whole thing reminded me of something that I would truly see in the room of a small child back in the day. When I think of childhood, this is what I picture.
The pattern is soft and perfect for a little girls room. The soft baby pink and brown baby bedding from Beyond Bedding is a nice muted color that is also somehow bright. The fabric itself is soft. I noticed the stitching is really good too. The whole set has already been through the was a few times because we are potty training. I think it held up really well. Toddlers can be pretty dirty so the product should be able to stand up to being washed several times.
One of the great things about toddler bedding is the get their first sheet! Nothing feels better than getting in between the sheets. That cool feeling you get when your completely engulfed in the warm cozy fabric. I think as a baby you’ll sleep pretty much anywhere , but as you start to grow into a little person you like things to be clean and comfortable. The comforter is nice and fluffy. Even more so after the first wash. I noticed that once I washed it, it really got fluffy. Perfect or snuggling!
As soon as I placed Mia in her new bed she was so excited! She had a pillow and sheet just like her older siblings! I think she even slept better that night in her new bed. Looks like she loves it!!
